Phase III opens April 15th

Bear Creek is excited to announce that Phase 3A will open on April 15, 2023. A rustic-style wood bridge connects Bear Creek Boulevard Phases 1 and 2 to Phase 3A, and starting April 15, the bridge will be open. The pedestrian walkway is located on the right side of the bridge, and we welcome residents and guests to take in the scenery.
